As we scream down the social super highway it is hard to piece together a logical conversation. I might be a blogger, but you might like to communicate through images. How do we piece that together into a logical conversation flow?
Google Buzz seems to be an integrated version of the Google Wave. Microsoft skipped the Wave phase with the Outlook Social Connector. Both solutions attempt to piece together discussions using multiple media sources.
In the near future I should be able to leave a voice mail in the discussion queue in Finnish and you should be able to read it off you cell phone in English.
These conversation queue aggregates Services will be the interface for most social networking services in the future. Through one portal we can access the whole conversation and express ourselves using multiple media. This will make discovering new services more difficult and slow the growth of new services… the aggregate stickiness factor.
