I’ve created the above image to explain the social influence landscape in a single view.

The conversation refers to the great social discussion stream of SMS, GSM, IP telephony, video, chat, blog, micro-blog, etc. medias. Within that discussion stream there are what I call ‘viral accelerators’ that impact the quality and quantity of the discussion. By analyzing these accelerators we can proactively steer discussion… influence. Traditional marketing agencies talk about conversion, but in reality that is just one transaction. Conversion is the beginning of a relationship, which can be nurtured.

Social and transactional intelligence together forge into predictive analytics.
